Hi, Connie-Gurl! :grin

Hey, yoo. I have sumpin' ta say. :grin

First, listen to Kristin. Here's a smart, practical gal who has been where you are, and really still is because she is, and will bem in school for a good bit. She makes excellent points about getting help NOW with immediate troubles. Speak up! Teachers and tutors can help, and we can too!

And Connie... might you be biting off more than you can chew? Ask yourself if you REALLY want to be a multi-instrumentalist, or if you feel you HAVE to. That's not to say you shouldn't, but maybe you should do what you like!

Also, on the vibrato... I'm a crummy guitar player yet, but the way I learned vibrato is not to think of it as in the wrist... but more in terms of rocking your finger back and forth laterally (side to side) on its tip... like a weeble! :b Marcel and Harmonica and Mouse can help with this too.

Now on the anxiety and depression... we know that you have that... but may I ask what the course of treatment is? I don't want to interfere with it, but is anyone teaching you any coping strategies? We can do that here if you like.

But for now... make a list of things to do in their order of importance and remain calm. Remember that you are DOING and not just reacting and worrying. :grin There's the first step. :b
