T-Cat I certainly didn't mean to discourage you, even if you may never be able to fret the chord in the last pic. There are some natural limitations when starting later in life but that shouldn't worry you. By detuning just one string you could fret that chord with a single finger :)
I have quite a few limits myself because I never really praticed some aspects of playing. Scale speed being one of them I'm always a bit frustrated when I listen to Paco de Lucia, playing 16ths at 240BPM while I struggle at half that tempo.
But the wrist rotation is an important point that I only became aware of when I noticed such problems with some students I had.
And I would encourage you to record you playing on a regular basis. Not only the pieces you play but also the exercises you do. You will make some progress each day but it'll be slow so you may not really notice. If you compare your playing to a recording you did a month before you may notice a significant improvement and these things can help you when you think you just hit another plateau.
